WPP Brand & Design Announces New APAC Leadership Team Following Regional Integration

Published on: July 23, 2026

WPP Brand & Design has introduced a new leadership structure across the Asia-Pacific region following the creation of its regional brand and design collective, led by APAC President Lulu Raghavan.

The newly established collective unites several of WPP’s specialist agencies—including Landor, Design Bridge and Partners, amp, ManvsMachine, Coley Porter Bell, BDG, CBA Design and DeepLocal—under a single regional framework. The integrated model combines expertise across brand consulting, identity, sonic branding, motion, experience and governance, while leveraging shared data capabilities and WPP’s Open Intelligence platform.

As part of the leadership appointments, Alexandra Cerruti, previously Executive Vice President, APAC at Design Bridge and Partners, has been named Executive Vice President, Southeast Asia, WPP Brand & Design. Based in Singapore, she will oversee the group’s operations across Southeast Asia.

In Hong Kong, Danley Stone, formerly Managing Director of Design Bridge and Partners Hong Kong, has been appointed Managing Director, Hong Kong, WPP Brand & Design. With nearly 15 years of experience across Asia, Stone has worked with brands including HSBC, Lazada, HKEX, Prudential, CapitaLand and Trust Bank. Peggy Hon, formerly General Manager of Landor Hong Kong, has exited the business.

Meanwhile, Nikki Lin, previously Managing Director, China at Design Bridge and Partners, has been promoted to Managing Director, China, WPP Brand & Design, where she will lead the organisation’s operations across mainland China from Shanghai.

Additionally, Ben Gordon, formerly Chief Growth Officer, Asia at Design Bridge and Partners, has been appointed Executive Vice President, Growth, APAC, WPP Brand & Design. In his new role, Gordon will be responsible for driving business growth across the group’s regional brand and design portfolio.

The appointments follow WPP’s strategic move to consolidate its specialist branding and design businesses into a unified regional offering across Asia-Pacific.

Jane Geraghty, Global CEO, WPP Brand & Design and Landor, said, “Brand has once again, quite rightly, become a core business driver and a chief focus for leading organisations. Our new model harmonises data-driven technology and consulting with our world-class creative craft. By pairing analytical insights that prove the commercial value of brand investments with design that resonates on an emotional and human level, we can build powerful brand systems that stimulate growth, move people, and ultimately shape consumer behaviour.”

Geraghty added, “I am thrilled to welcome them into these vital leadership roles within WPP Brand & Design. By bringing together the formidable strengths of our design and branding agencies, we are creating a powerhouse offering in the region. This team’s combined expertise, local market knowledge, and passion for brand transformation are exactly what our clients need to navigate rapidly evolving, yet very different, marketplaces from Greater China to India to Australia – especially as we pioneer the integration of AI and agentic technologies to redefine how brands connect with those diverse audiences.”

Raghavan said, “These roles are a testament to the incredible depth of leadership talent we have within our network. Cerruti, Stone, Lin and Gordon have all demonstrated an exceptional track record of driving commercial success at Design Bridge and Partners, fostering a culture of creative excellence, and building deep partnerships with the region’s leading brands. Now, within the WPP brand and design collective, I have absolute confidence that they will help to unlock brilliant new opportunities for our clients and our people across APAC, and I can’t wait to start working with them more closely.”
