Terms and Conditions
By entering this award nomination, participants agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, as well as the judges’ decisions, which are final in all contest-related matters. This award nomination is governed by all applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. It is subject to the laws of India. Winners of the 2024 Emerge Awards who are not present at the Awards Ceremony will be notified approximately ten (10) days after the event.
Adtech Today retains the right to use and publish entrants’ names in various media formats, including online, print, and others, related to the Contest. By accepting an award, winners grant Adtech Today permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Participants agree to release and hold Adtech Today, along with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any liability or any injuries, losses, or damages arising from their participation in this Contest. All contact information provided becomes the property of Adtech Today and will not be shared with or sold to third parties.
Adtech Today reserves the right not to award categories which, in the judgment of the panel and administrators, did not elicit entries up to top industry standards.
Copyrights and Broadcasts
- Entries submitted become the property of Adtech Today and cannot be returned. Each entrant, by submitting the entries, specifically grants worldwide, royalty-free permission to Adtech Today to show or play the entries at award shows, at Adtech Today sponsored or produced events, or in any other public or private presentation with or without charge whenever and as often as the organizers see fit without compensation to Entrant.
- Entrant grants Adtech Today the right to use any trademarks, animated characters, animals, and merchandised items included in their entries for such purposes. Adtech Today may utilize or license these entries and their reproductions worldwide, non-exclusively and in perpetuity, without compensation to the entrant. This includes use in telecasts, videotapes, DVDs, the Internet, exhibits, books, pamphlets, and other publications and media, both current and future. Adtech Today may feature these entries in television specials for the year of the awards or in later historical retrospectives and may charge third parties for the use of this material.
- The entrant will obtain the necessary licenses for all music included in their entries. The entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Adtech Today, its affiliates, assignees, and licensees harmless from any talent or residual charges arising from the release of selected entries, as well as any third-party claims related to the content and intellectual property within the entries. By submitting the entry form, the individual certifies they have full authority to grant the rights specified herein. The winning work aims to educate the marketplace on effective digital advertising strategies and inspire the community by highlighting future trends and industry directions.
