Windsorborn has strengthened its strategic team with the appointment of former Salesforce marketing leader Squeegee Scott as Growth Strategist.
Scott joins the agency from Salesforce, where she most recently headed regional demand strategy. In that role, she focused on improving marketing efficiency and pipeline performance through structured planning, creative optimisation and ongoing experimentation.
With experience spanning enterprise organisations, in-house teams and agencies, Scott has worked across brand, creative, media and demand generation to drive measurable business results. Her background includes developing integrated marketing strategies, establishing experimentation frameworks and helping businesses improve performance through test-and-learn approaches.
Her appointment supports Windsorborn’s broader focus on helping clients move away from fragmented marketing efforts and towards integrated growth systems that bring strategy, media, creative and technology together.
Will Reynolds, Founder and Managing Director, Windsorborn, said Scott’s experience will add further depth to the agency’s strategic capabilities. “Marketing has never had more channels, data or technology available, yet many organisations are still struggling to connect those pieces into a system that consistently delivers growth.
“Squeegee has a rare ability to bring clarity to complexity. She combines strategic thinking with practical execution and knows how to build marketing systems that are measurable, scalable and focused on commercial outcomes. As we continue to grow, she’ll play a key role in helping our clients unlock the next stage of growth.”
Scott said Windsorborn’s approach to integrated marketing was a key factor behind her decision to join the agency. “The businesses seeing the strongest results aren’t thinking about brand, demand generation and performance in isolation. They’re building connected systems that learn, evolve and become more effective over time.
“That’s what stood out to me about Windsorborn: growth doesn’t come from doing more marketing activity, it comes from aligning strategy, creative, media and measurement. That’s where the real change happens.”
In her new position, Scott will work across Windsorborn’s client portfolio, supporting the development of growth strategies, creative testing frameworks and attribution models. Her role will also focus on helping clients identify the activities driving business growth and establish marketing systems capable of continuously learning and improving.
