Saket Jha Saurabh has joined the Snap team as director of content, partnerships, and augmented reality. He has been a leading figure in digital media for more than 20 years, and has significantly influenced the way that content is created and shared. He previously served as CEO of #fame, a Creator venture, and oversaw Meta’s collaboration with Creators, Public Figures, and Media Companies. Saket launched Bloomberg’s digital media division, promoted well-known media brands like CNBC and “Aaj Tak,” oversaw corporate development at India Today & Network18, and worked with Coca-Cola at Leo Burnett.
In addition, Saket will spearhead the development of Snap’s AR creator ecosystem, which enables developers and creators to capitalize on the platform’s community engagement and enthusiasm for augmented reality’s enormous potential going forward.

Neha has more than 20 years of experience in sales strategy and management. After influential positions at Concentrix and IBM India, she headed Amazon Web Services (AWS) sales practice for digital innovation before taking on her new position.
With more than ten years of experience in digital advertising, including more than five years at Meta, Yagnesh has assisted companies in creating impactful and profitable advertising campaigns.

Uthara Ganesh, Head of Public Policy for India and South Asia at Snap, is spearheading the company’s attempts to establish credibility with the Indian government. Uthara oversaw public policy initiatives for both Amazon and Amazon Web Services (AWS) before this position. She was also a LAMP Fellow from 2010 to 2011 and Rajeev Chandrasekhar’s Public Policy Lead from 2014 to 2017. With her 17 years of risk and compliance experience from her time at WhatsApp (Meta), Deloitte, International SOS, and Control Risks, Rashmi Dastidar, Head of Integrity and Compliance for APAC and EMEA, enhances Snap’s risk and compliance practices throughout the region.
Lekshmi Geetha, Head of People for India, has worked at Disney and Netflix, gaining a wealth of experience in driving organizational success through people management. With over fifteen years of experience creating integrated communications strategies for companies like TikTok, Sony Music, and Bharti Airtel, Poonam Nikam, Head Communications for India, Singapore, and Japan, has greatly increased stakeholder engagement and brand visibility.
