Jacqui Lim, CEO of Havas Media Network Singapore and chief growth officer for SEA and North Asia, has chosen to leave the company to pursue other interests, resulting in a leadership change at Havas Village Singapore. Rana Barua, group CEO for India, Southeast Asia, and North Asia, will assume extra duties throughout Singapore as a result of her departure.
Havas Singapore CEO Jacqui Lim Departs
Kenny Yap, CEO of Havas Red, Socialyse, and Havas Play, and Russell Lai, Chief Commercial Officer of Havas Media Network, will now answer directly to Rana Barua. He still receives direct reporting from Rowena Bhagchandani, the CEO and co-founder of BLKJ Havas, and Joji Jacob, the regional creative director for SEA and North Asia and the company’s creative lead.
Lim’s accomplishments at Havas Singapore
An accomplished media professional, Lim has been instrumental in Havas Media Network Singapore’s expansion and success. After joining the company in 2014 as CEO of Havas Media, Lim worked his way up to become CEO by showcasing his extraordinary strategic acumen and leadership abilities. He has played a key role in promoting growth during his time there on a number of fronts, including the acquisition of new clients, client retention, and talent development. She increased her responsibilities as Chief Growth Officer for North Asia and Southeast Asia in 2022, which strengthened her position within the company. The Changi Airport Group, Singapore Management University, AIA, M1, Cycle & Carriage, and other clients were acquired by the agency under her direction.
