Kinnect has appointed Neetika Aggarwal as Managing Partner, where she will lead teams across North and West India, further strengthening the agency’s leadership team.
Aggarwal shared news of her appointment through a LinkedIn post, marking the beginning of her new role at the integrated marketing agency.
She joins Kinnect from Leo Burnett Mumbai, where she most recently served as Managing Partner. Prior to that, she was associated with VMLY&R, adding to an extensive career spanning leading global agency networks.
With over 25 years of experience, Aggarwal has worked across integrated marketing, digital transformation, business operations, and client leadership. Throughout her career, she has partnered with both multinational and Indian brands across sectors including consumer packaged goods (CPG), telecommunications, automotive, e-commerce, and digital-first businesses.
Earlier in her career, she served as Head of Business and Integration Lead for Red Fuse India, WPP’s integrated agency dedicated to Colgate-Palmolive, at Red Fuse Communications. She also spent nearly 11 years at JWT, where she held multiple leadership positions and gained extensive experience in brand strategy and client management.
Her appointment reflects Kinnect’s continued investment in senior leadership as the agency strengthens its integrated marketing capabilities and regional operations across India.
