Havas Play India has announced the elevation of Prachi Narayan to Managing Partner and Head of Content at Havas Media Network India. Having joined the agency in 2022, Narayan has previously held key positions, including Senior Vice President and Head of Content, and Vice President – Content Lead, contributing to the growth and success of Havas Play.
With over 18 years of experience in the advertising and media industry, Narayan brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to her new role. Prior to her time at Havas Play, she served as Associate Vice President, Creative Services at Prime Focus Technologies (PFT) from August 2020 to March 2022, where she managed the company’s largest On-Air Promotions (OAP) program for Disney Southeast Asia. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in overseeing strategic operations and content delivery.
Narayan has also held prominent roles in other reputed organizations. As Deputy Executive Producer and Team Lead at Republic Media Network (2019-2020), she led the branded content division, overseeing everything from IP conceptualization to client servicing. She also worked as Senior Producer – Special Programming at TV Today (2016-2019), producing in-depth, high-quality special features, and served as Festival Manager at the Mumbai Academy of Moving Image (MAMI) in early 2016.
In her early career, Narayan contributed to global productions at Ferriswheel Entertainment as Executive Producer – IPs and Events, where she spearheaded the international success of “Ticket to Bollywood” at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Additionally, she has held roles at leading news networks, including CNBC-TV18 and NDTV, where she gained extensive editorial experience.
Narayan’s extensive experience across creative services, branded content, and strategic content management positions her perfectly to lead Havas Play India into the next phase of growth, solidifying its position as a leader in the content space.
