Wesfarmers Digital Health Appoints Sunday Gravy as Creative Agency

Published on: October 2, 2026

Wesfarmers Digital Health has appointed independent creative agency Sunday Gravy following a competitive pitch, bringing the agency on board to support its healthcare brands, including InstantScripts and SiSU Health.

The account covers Wesfarmers Digital Health’s portfolio, which includes InstantScripts, described as Australia’s largest online medical clinic, and SiSU Health, a digital health platform providing free five-minute health checks through more than 500 self-service kiosks across Australia.

Sunday Gravy will work with Wesfarmers Digital Health to strengthen its brand presence and develop creative work aimed at making its healthcare services more accessible and easier for Australians to understand and engage with.

Rhys Arnott, Head of Marketing, Wesfarmers Digital Health, said the agency stood out during the pitch for its collaborative approach, strategic capabilities and willingness to challenge established conventions in healthcare advertising.

“We want to make healthcare accessible and affordable for all Australians. And that’s only achieved if they understand what we offer and remember us in the moments that matter. We’re excited to work with Sunday Gravy to build that memorability and show Australians how trusted and straightforward health and care can be,” he said.

Sarah Raine, Managing Director, Sunday Gravy, said the agency aims to develop work that reflects the everyday healthcare requirements of Australian consumers.

“No complexity, no outdated conventions, just clear, unexpected ideas that show how Wesfarmers Digital Health can make accessing healthcare simpler,” she said.

“From our first conversation, it was clear we shared an ambition to build a genuine partnership and create meaningful brand and business outcomes.”

Brigitte Bayard, Head of Strategy, Sunday Gravy, said the partnership presents an opportunity to bring greater warmth and personality to healthcare communications through the InstantScripts brand.

“Health and care doesn’t need more cold, clinical advertising. InstantScripts gives us a chance to build a brand with real warmth and personality — one that makes everyday care feel easier, less intimidating and harder to put off.”

The appointment strengthens Sunday Gravy’s healthcare portfolio and gives Wesfarmers Digital Health a creative partner to support its efforts to build stronger consumer awareness around its digital health services.
