Welspun World has elevated Khyati Shahh to the position of President – Group Corporate Communications & CMO, marking another significant milestone in her leadership journey with the group.
Shahh shared the development through a LinkedIn post, announcing her expanded responsibilities at Welspun World.
She previously served as Vice President & Head of Group Corporate Communications at Welspun World from October 2021 to August 2023. Her career spans leadership roles across media, marketing, communications and brand management.
Before joining Welspun World, Shahh was associated with India Today as AVP between July 2021 and October 2021. She also served as AVP at Star TV Network from January 2019 to January 2020.
Earlier, she held the position of General Manager – Brand & Marketing at Dainik Bhaskar Group from January 2015 to December 2018. Her professional experience also includes a stint at International Flavours & Fragrances, where she worked as Marketing Manager – Fine Fragrance & Beauty Care, India, between September 2011 and September 2013.
Shahh began her career across advertising and communications, including roles as Account Director at Grey Group and senior positions at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, Ogilvy, Titron Communications and Beehive Communications.
Her latest elevation brings together her experience across corporate communications, brand strategy, marketing and media, as she takes on a broader leadership mandate at Welspun World.
