New Delhi: TVS Motor Company has restructured its media mandate in India, appointing Dentsu Media India as its integrated media partner and dividing its digital media work between Dentsu and Kinnect, part of Omnicom.

The revised arrangement reflects TVS Motor’s expanding presence across segments and markets, as well as changing consumer and media habits. The company said the partnership structure is intended to combine integrated media planning at scale with focused digital expertise.

TVS Motor expects the agencies to help it engage consumers consistently across platforms while responding to the evolving media requirements of its brands and businesses. The collaboration is also intended to support scale, agility and innovation across established and emerging segments.

The appointment gives Dentsu the integrated media role in India, while the digital mandate will be handled jointly by Dentsu and Kinnect.
