PHD is still Singapore Airlines’ official media agency. According to Campaign, PHD was hired by the Singapore flag carrier in 2019, and the account’s total billings over five years totaled between $50 million and $100 million. The airline’s creative responsibilities were secured by TBWA, another Omnicom agency, making the 2019 appointment a dual one.

TBWA and PHD were tasked by SIA to implement a new integrated agency approach to collaboratively deliver creative services, media planning, content narrative solutions, and overall strategy. They went by the name SQ1.
According to Campaign, the SIA began a media review in 2024’s first quarter. The airline ultimately chose to continue working with PHD, though it’s unclear how many media agencies participated in the pitch. How long the airline has kept PHD on board is unknown.
