Reliance Brands Names Shivani Goel as VP-Marketing

Reliance Brands has appointed Shivani Goel as Vice President – Marketing, bringing an experienced marketing leader on board to strengthen the company’s brand-building and consumer engagement initiatives.

In her new role, Goel will oversee brand strategy and consumer engagement while contributing to commercial growth across multiple touchpoints, including retail, digital, CRM, public relations, partnerships and brand experiences.

Goel joins Reliance Brands with more than two decades of experience across marketing, communications, brand strategy and international expansion. Her career has included leadership positions across fashion, beauty, retail and financial services.

Before joining Reliance Brands, Goel served as VP-Marketing at Forever New, where she worked from April 2022 to November 2025. During her tenure, she was involved in driving the brand’s marketing initiatives and consumer-facing activities.

Earlier, she was associated with Colorbar USA as Lead – Global Marketing Communications and International Expansion Manager from November 2017 to April 2022. Her responsibilities included global marketing communications and supporting the brand’s international growth.

Goel previously worked with KOOVS as Senior Marketing Manager between August 2014 and January 2017, adding to her experience in fashion and retail marketing.

She also spent more than eight years with Major Brands India, serving as Head of Marketing and Public Relations from February 2006 to July 2014. Earlier in her career, she worked as Product Manager – Marketing at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company from January 2004 to March 2006.

Goel began her professional career at Kansai Nerolac Paints, where she served as Assistant Manager – Marketing in Mumbai between February and December 2003.

With experience spanning brand building, marketing communications, consumer engagement and international expansion, Goel’s appointment is expected to support Reliance Brands’ continued focus on strengthening its portfolio and creating differentiated consumer experiences.
