Vadilal International Business has appointed Ram Gopalakrishnan as its new Chief Executive Officer, adding an experienced marketing, digital commerce and commercial leader to its senior management team.
Gopalakrishnan announced his new role through a LinkedIn post, saying: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as chief executive officer at Vadilal International Business!”
He joins Vadilal International Business following a short tenure at Ethos Pet Brands, where he served as chief growth officer from June to August 2026. Before taking on that position, he was the company’s chief digital and eCommerce officer.
Gopalakrishnan previously spent nearly two years with Nestlé Health Science, serving as general manager – direct to consumer (DTC) & omni channel health & nutrition brands from October 2023 to August 2025.
His earlier experience includes leadership positions at The Clorox Company and Procter & Gamble, where he worked across areas such as marketing, eCommerce, brand management and commercial operations.
Earlier in his career, Gopalakrishnan was associated with Unilever as assistant brand manager – Vaseline Skin Care. He began his professional journey in engineering roles with Intel Corporation and Micron Technology.
His appointment at Vadilal International Business brings together experience spanning consumer brands, digital commerce, marketing and business growth.
