Mehak Jaini Appointed Head of Marketing at McDonald’s India (West & South)

McDonald’s India (West & South) has appointed Mehak Jaini as its Head of Marketing, strengthening its leadership team with a seasoned marketing and brand strategy professional. Jaini announced the new role via an enthusiastic post on LinkedIn.

Jaini brings more than 18 years of experience across brand strategy, consumer insights, integrated communications and marketing effectiveness. Her appointment comes as McDonald’s India (West & South) continues to focus on strengthening its brand presence and driving customer engagement.

Before joining McDonald’s India (West & South), Jaini spent nearly 12 years at her previous organisation, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles. She began her journey as Executive – Account Planning in June 2008 before being promoted to Manager – Account Planning in 2011. She later served as Director – Account Planning (2014–2016), Senior Strategy Director (2016–2018) and Vice President – Strategy from January 2019 to February 2020.

Throughout her career, Jaini has built extensive expertise in developing brand strategies, delivering consumer-led insights, improving marketing effectiveness and leading integrated communication initiatives for leading brands.

In her new role, she will lead the marketing function for McDonald’s India (West & South), bringing her strategic planning experience to support the brand’s continued growth and consumer engagement initiatives.
