InMobi has strengthened its ongoing partnership with Salesforce to further accelerate AI-led growth across its global advertising ecosystem.
As part of this expanded collaboration, InMobi has adopted Salesforce technologies to build an AI-first, unified operating model across its organisation. This integration has streamlined sales, service, and data processes across its Demand, Supply, and Xchange business units. Solutions such as Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service are helping enhance pipeline visibility, improve customer engagement, and provide better support to advertisers and partners.
The company has embedded AI capabilities into its sales workflows, enabling greater automation and faster, data-driven decision-making. These advancements have reinforced InMobi’s operational framework, supporting its continued global expansion.
In addition, InMobi has expanded its multi-cloud deployment with Salesforce, enabling real-time forecasting, improved opportunity tracking, and enhanced executive dashboards for better performance visibility. The upgrade to Slack Enterprise Grid has strengthened collaboration across teams, while Data 360 has been implemented to unify data across business units, creating a single source of truth for insights and personalised engagement.
This partnership continues to focus on strengthening core systems across sales, service, and data to support InMobi’s AI-powered advertising platform, which has been built and refined over the past two decades.
Looking ahead, both companies plan to deepen their collaboration further by adopting tools like Tableau and Agentforce, with a focus on co-creating AI-driven workflows that enable predictive insights, faster issue resolution, and proactive engagement with advertisers and partners.
Raman Srinivasan, Senior Vice President – Digital Transformation & CIO, InMobi, said, “InMobi is building the next generation of AI-powered advertising solutions for a mobile-first world, and digital excellence is a critical enabler of that ambition. Our long-standing partnership with Salesforce continues to support us in strengthening the operational backbone required to execute on this vision with speed, consistency, and precision.”
Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director at Salesforce India, said, “Advertising is at an inflection point—where advantage will no longer come from scale alone, but from how intelligently and efficiently ecosystems operate. The future belongs to organisations that can unify data, AI, and workflows to move from reactive execution to predictive, real-time engagement. InMobi’s move to build a truly AI-first, unified platform reflects this shift. Together, we are enabling a new operating model—one that is more connected, more intelligent, and built to drive continuous innovation and growth at global scale.”
