Publicis Groupe recorded 5% year-on-year organic net revenue growth in the third quarter of 2026, with Asia-Pacific delivering 5.4% growth. China was among the region’s strong performers, posting double-digit organic growth during the quarter.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the French advertising and communications group reported net revenue of €3.81 billion, up 7.9% from €3.53 billion in the corresponding period last year. Organic growth, which excludes the effects of acquisitions, disposals and currency fluctuations, reached 5%.
Including pass-through costs, total revenue increased 11.6% year-on-year to €4.61 billion from €4.14 billion in Q3 2025. Organic growth in total revenue stood at 6.9%.
Asia-Pacific contributed €348 million in net revenue, compared with €316 million in the year-ago quarter. The region recorded reported growth of 10.1% and organic growth of 5.4%. China delivered 10.6% organic growth, according to the company’s results statement released on October 13. Publicis Groupe did not provide separate revenue or growth figures for India.
For the first nine months of 2026, Publicis Groupe’s net revenue rose 4.8% organically to €11.04 billion, compared with €10.68 billion in the same period of 2025. Reported growth was 3.3%, partly reflecting a negative €276 million impact from foreign exchange movements.
Asia-Pacific generated €961 million in net revenue during the nine-month period, up from €920 million a year earlier. This represented organic growth of 4.6% and reported growth of 4.5%, placing the region’s year-to-date organic performance slightly below its third-quarter result.
Among other markets, Latin America led regional organic growth in Q3 at 23.8%. Europe recorded 4.7% growth, while North America grew 4.4%. The Middle East and Africa registered a 1.4% organic decline, which Publicis attributed to the ongoing regional conflict.
Connected Media remained Publicis Groupe’s largest business segment, accounting for 62% of net revenue and delivering high-single-digit organic growth in the third quarter. The group linked the performance to market-share gains, rising demand for AI-powered solutions and services, and expansion into new addressable markets.
Intelligent Creativity, which represented 25% of net revenue, posted low-single-digit organic growth. New business wins and expanded client engagements supported the segment’s performance.
Technology accounted for the remaining 13% of net revenue but continued to record a low-single-digit organic contraction globally. Publicis said clients remained cautious about capital-intensive enterprise transformation initiatives amid limited macroeconomic visibility and uncertainty surrounding the Middle East.
However, the group reported that its technology business had returned to positive growth in the US and expects the segment to return to growth globally in the fourth quarter.
Publicis Groupe has retained its full-year 2026 outlook, projecting organic net revenue growth of 4.5% to 5%. The group also expects its operating margin rate to exceed the 18.2% recorded in 2025 by a modest amount. Free cash flow is forecast at approximately €2.2 billion before changes in working capital requirements.
The company said strong new-business performance, client retention and growth across its existing client base had reinforced its confidence in achieving the targets.
“We are confident in confirming our full-year guidance for 2026 and in outperforming the market for the eighth consecutive year in 2027,” said Arthur Sadoun, Chairman and CEO of Publicis Groupe, in the results statement.
Sadoun also highlighted growing demand for the group’s AI-powered offerings, alongside momentum in Connected Media and Intelligent Creativity, as important contributors to its performance.
Publicis added that its recent new-business wins are expected to strengthen revenue visibility and improve predictability as the group moves towards 2027.
