Kristen Mascarenhas has joined Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, as Group Head, marking her latest career move in the media and advertising industry. She announced the appointment through a LinkedIn post.
Mascarenhas joins Starcom from WPP, where she worked as Associate Vice President – Client Services. She took on the role in August 2026, according to her professional profile.
Before her stint at WPP, she spent more than three years at Mindshare. She also worked at Merkle Sokrati as Manager – Business Strategy from January to August 2023.
