Mumbai, October 9, 2026: The Executive Assembly has announced the launch of The CX Assembly, a private, peer-led community bringing together 50 Founding CX Leaders from across India’s business ecosystem. The community was officially unveiled on October 6, coinciding with World CX Day, marking a new initiative focused on meaningful collaboration among customer experience decision-makers.
Built on the philosophy ‘Built by CX Leaders. For CX Leaders’, The CX Assembly aims to create a trusted environment where senior CX professionals can exchange honest perspectives, discuss emerging challenges, validate solutions and learn from the experiences of their peers.
As customer expectations continue to evolve and businesses invest in AI, automation, personalisation and connected customer journeys, the role of CX leadership is becoming increasingly critical. Yet many of the challenges faced by CX leaders extend beyond individual organisations and industries.
The CX Assembly has been created around a simple belief: some of the most valuable solutions emerge when leaders learn from one another.
Beyond Networking: A Community Built Around Real Conversations
Unlike conventional networking platforms, The CX Assembly is designed to encourage continuous, peer-to-peer engagement rather than occasional interactions at industry events.
The community will enable members to:
The emphasis will remain on conversations that deliver practical value, with members collectively influencing the community’s direction, priorities and initiatives.
50 Founding Leaders. One Shared Ambition.
The launch brings together an initial cohort of 50 Founding CX Leaders, who will play an important role in establishing the culture and direction of the community.
Commenting on the launch, Vivek Sheth, Founder, The Executive Assembly, said:“Customer experience has become a boardroom conversation, but CX leaders are often navigating remarkably similar challenges within their own organisations. We wanted to create a space where they could reach out to a peer, ask a difficult question, seek a recommendation or simply exchange perspectives without a formal agenda.
The idea isn’t to build another CX networking group. It’s to build a community that CX leaders genuinely turn to when they need another leader’s perspective. Starting this journey with 50 founding leaders on World CX Day makes it particularly special.”
Strengthening India’s Leadership Communities
The CX Assembly is part of The Executive Assembly’s broader vision to build focused, trusted communities that bring industry leaders together for meaningful knowledge exchange and collaboration.
With initiatives including The CMO Assembly and The Marketing Assembly, the organisation is building an ecosystem where professionals can connect across functions while preserving the relevance and distinct identity of each community.
The CX Assembly will focus specifically on the priorities of customer experience leadership, with its future initiatives shaped through member participation and feedback.
