Paramount Skydance has announced the proposed leadership structure for the company that will emerge following the expected completion of its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.

The combined business, which is planned to operate under the Skydance name, will bring together executives from Paramount, Warner Bros. Discovery and Skydance. The leadership team will oversee a broad media and entertainment portfolio spanning film, television, streaming, sports and news.

David Ellison will serve as Chairman and CEO of the new company, with Ynon Kreiz taking on the role of Co-CEO. The structure is designed to bring together creative leadership, technology expertise and operational capabilities as Skydance works toward building a global media and entertainment business.

As Chairman and CEO, Ellison will lead the company’s long-term strategy and creative direction, while also overseeing talent relationships, strategic partnerships, technology and capital allocation.

Kreiz will manage the company’s day-to-day operations and oversee the integration of the combined businesses. Andy Gordon, President of Skydance, will work alongside Ellison and Kreiz on key strategic priorities.

The proposed leadership structure is intended to support the integration of the two businesses while positioning the new Skydance entity for growth across multiple areas of the global media landscape.
