lululemon Appoints Vineet Mehta as Vice President, India Tech Hub

lululemon has appointed technology and digital transformation leader Vineet Mehta as Vice President of its India Tech Hub, adding more than two decades of experience across technology, data, AI and product to its leadership team. Vineet made the appointment announcement on his Linkedin post.

In his new position, Mehta will work on scaling lululemon’s technology capabilities in India while supporting the company’s broader global technology delivery strategy.

Before joining lululemon, Mehta was with Telstra, where he held the position of Executive, Software Engineering & IT and served on the board of the company’s India Data & AI joint venture.

As part of Telstra’s Global Capability Centre leadership team, Mehta was responsible for technology and product teams in India and managed global technology portfolios covering areas such as order-to-activation, assurance, retail store systems and supply chain applications.

During his tenure at Telstra, he also managed commercial relationships and budgets exceeding $70 million and was involved in driving the organisation’s AI-first strategy.

With 26 years of industry experience, Mehta has worked extensively on establishing and scaling global capability centres. His experience spans technology leadership, team development and connecting technology initiatives with wider business objectives.
