Omnicom Oceania has expanded its Perceptive intelligence and insights brand across Australia and New Zealand, bringing Hall & Partners under the Perceptive name as part of a broader regional intelligence strategy.
The move is designed to provide clients with greater access to connected research, data, expertise and proprietary intellectual property across the region.
As part of the transition, Hall & Partners will adopt the Perceptive brand across ANZ. The change forms part of Omnicom Oceania’s wider investment in Omnicom Intelligence, an integrated capability that combines research and insights, market intelligence, analytics, audience and identity, decisioning, activation and measurement.
Together with Quantum Market Research, the businesses bring more than 65 specialists working across government, social, commercial and consumer research. The wider Omnicom Intelligence operation includes more than 150 specialists across Perceptive, Quantum, Omnicom Media’s intelligence teams and TRKKN, supported by Acxiom’s data and identity capabilities.
Perceptive is focused on helping organisations translate complex customer, business and market signals into actionable insights and decisions that support growth.
As part of the expansion, Jo Brockhurst has been appointed Managing Director of Perceptive Australia. Daniel Shaw will continue as CEO of Perceptive across Australia and New Zealand, alongside his responsibility for Omnicom Oceania’s Intelligence unit.
Imogen Randell, who previously led Hall & Partners Australia and Quantum Market Research, will move away from day-to-day operations and take on a senior advisory role working with key clients.
Clients of Hall & Partners and Perceptive will continue to work with their existing teams while gaining access to a broader range of intelligence capabilities, data, tools and proprietary IP through Omnicom Intelligence.
Nick Garrett, CEO, Omnicom Oceania, said: “Our client partners need clarity on what matters, confidence in the decisions they are making and access to intelligence that can move at the speed of business. Perceptive strengthens our ability to bring that to clients across Australia and New Zealand, backed by the scale and connected capability of Omnicom Oceania.”
Daniel Shaw, CEO, Perceptive, said: “The expansion of Perceptive gives our client partners a clearer front door into Omnicom Intelligence. By combining human understanding with identity, decisioning, activation and measurement, we can turn more signals into better decisions – and better decisions into measurable business growth. The ambition is simple: help clients cut through complexity, understand what matters and move with conviction.”
