BCCL (The Times of India) has announced the appointment of Nonita Kalra as Chief Creative Officer – Luxury, Fashion & Lifestyle, further strengthening its leadership across luxury, fashion, lifestyle and cultural content.
In her new position, Kalra will be responsible for shaping the creative strategy across these verticals while driving editorial excellence. She will also lead the development and expansion of marquee intellectual properties across The Times of India (TOI), TIMS, OMS, 1838 and other associated platforms.
Her responsibilities will include conceptualising and curating large-scale events, awards, festivals, exhibitions and community initiatives, while fostering strategic collaborations with luxury brands, cultural organisations and creative talent.
Kalra brings more than 30 years of experience spanning luxury publishing, fashion, lifestyle journalism, brand storytelling and cultural programming. Over the course of her career, she has played a key role in editorial leadership, launched acclaimed publishing platforms and contributed to the growth of several high-profile luxury and cultural initiatives.
At BCCL, Kalra will also focus on mentoring creative talent while collaborating closely with the Editorial, OMS, Times Experiences, Brand and Commercial teams to strengthen integrated initiatives across the company’s luxury and lifestyle portfolio.
