Abbott Promotes Shefali Singh to Head of Marketing

Abbott has promoted Shefali Singh to the position of Head of Marketing, marking another milestone in her career with the global healthcare company.

Singh shared the news through a LinkedIn post, stating: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Marketing at Abbott!”

She has been associated with Abbott for more than four years and has progressed through several leadership roles within the organization. Most recently, she served as Marketing Manager from August 2024 to June 2026. Prior to that, she held the position of Group Product Manager, contributing to the company’s marketing initiatives and product portfolio.

Before joining Abbott in 2022, Singh spent over four years at Alembic Pharmaceuticals, where she held multiple product management roles, including Group Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Assistant Product Manager.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a Product Executive at Mankind Pharma and also served as an Assistant Professor at Vishveshwarya Group of Institutions.

With extensive experience across pharmaceutical marketing and product management, Singh is expected to lead Abbott’s marketing function and support the company’s continued growth in the healthcare sector.
