JioBLAST Appoints Zohair Shaikh as Head of Marketing

JioBLAST has announced the appointment of Zohair Shaikh as its new Head of Marketing, further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it focuses on expanding its market presence and growth initiatives.

Shaikh shared the news of his appointment through a LinkedIn post, stating: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Marketing at JioBLAST!”

Prior to joining JioBLAST, Shaikh was associated with BigBang.Social, where he was responsible for leading go-to-market strategy and product monetisation efforts.

Over the course of his career, he has held key positions across several organisations, including aló, Span Communications, Everymedia Technologies, and Market Men Consumer Connect & Events, building extensive expertise in marketing, brand strategy, and business growth.

In 2014, he also co-founded the digital marketing agency Jazzap, contributing to the development of digital-first marketing solutions for brands.

Shaikh began his professional journey in digital marketing and online reputation management, working with agencies such as Interactive Avenues and Gozoop, where he gained foundational experience in digital communications and brand management.

With a diverse background spanning marketing strategy, product monetisation, digital communications, and entrepreneurship, Shaikh is expected to play a key role in shaping JioBLAST’s marketing roadmap and driving brand growth.
