Cadbury Ice Cream Selects Splendid Communications as Social Media Agency of Record

LONDON — Cadbury Ice Cream, produced by Froneri under license from Mondelēz International, has officially appointed Splendid Communications to lead its social media strategy and execution. The agency won the account following a competitive multi-agency pitch.
Splendid Communications will be responsible for the brand’s “always-on” social media presence. The partnership aims to move beyond traditional seasonal marketing, building year-round engagement through creative storytelling, cultural relevance, and community management across all major digital platforms.
The agency’s remit includes developing a distinct social voice that aligns with Cadbury’s heritage of “generosity” and “joy,” while ensuring the ice cream portfolio remains a top-of-mind treat for consumers throughout the year.
