For more than 25 years, Mauro Ramalho has been engaged in national and international advertising, working in 3 different countries for leading agencies. Heading Publicis Brazil as CCO, Chief Creative Officer, Mauro worked earlier at R/GA São Paulo as VP, Executive Creative Director, integrating R/GA São Paulo with New York, London, Portland and California on clients such as Verizon, Google, Meta, Samsung, Amex, Heineken and Ally.

Before that Mauro worked for over 10 years building one of the most iconic and innovative Brazilian agencies, CUBOCC. In the last decade, it has become the most creatively relevant agency, joining the agency pool of IPG.
Mauro lead the creative team at FCB in order to deliver integrated work that builds a strong bridge between online and offline. Mauro joined AKQA in San Francisco, working on clients like McDonald’s, FOX, Target, Kraft Foods, Nike and GAP. At AKQA Mauro helped lead the project “The Lost Ring” for McDonald’s, one of the 1st Alternate Reality Campaigns which became one of the most awarded projects.
Mauro also worked at Organic in Toronto, bridging the Detroit and Toronto offices for key accounts like Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler. Mauro helped bring excellence in the craft of AgenciaClick, one of the largest digital agencies in the country.
Mauro has won numerous Brazilian and International awards like Clios, Effies, Tik Tok, MMA Smarties and has been on the jury at Andys, Tik Tok, Lisbon Awards among others.
The ABBY Awards 2026 Powered by The One Club | The One Show is scheduled to take place at Goafest 2026 on May 20, 21 and 22, 2026, in Goa.
