Adform Promotes Dovilė Buinickaitė To SVP, People & Culture, To Strengthen Organisational Capability

London, UK, 3rd March 2026 – Adform, the powerful and safe media buying platform built for game changers, announces the promotion of Dovilė Buinickaitė to Senior Vice President, People & Culture. In her new role, Buinickaitė will lead the company’s global people strategy across all markets, holding responsibility for talent, leadership development, and organisational culture.

Buinickaitė brings a wealth of experience to the position. Prior to joining Adform, she held several HR leadership roles at a major Nordic-owned retail organisation in the Baltics. There, she supported an agile-inspired transformation, led the development of leadership capability, and championed a learning culture. She also undertook a marketing leadership assignment to help build high-performing teams outside of the HR function.

As HR Director, Buinickaitė played a central role in building the company’s global People and Culture function. She has led a global team of HR Business Partners and overseen performance management, compensation, leadership development, employer branding and learning initiatives. Most recently, as Vice President, HR, she helped build Adform’s second-largest global site in Mumbai and supported the company’s broader growth strategy.

Her promotion signals Adform’s commitment to building scalable, future-ready talent capabilities. Buinickaitė’s vision for the role centres on equipping leaders with insight-driven approaches and fostering strong strategic partnerships to build high-performing teams.
