Coach has announced the appointment of Arjoon Bose as Vice President of Marketing for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Effective December 2025, Bose will be based in London and will be responsible for shaping the brand’s marketing strategy and driving growth across the EMEA and India regions.
Bose shared the news of his new role through a LinkedIn post. His appointment reflects Coach’s focus on strengthening brand presence and accelerating regional momentum across diverse international markets.
Before joining Coach, Bose served as Global Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at Bel, where he was based in Paris between June 2024 and October 2025. His career also includes a significant nine-year tenure at General Mills, during which he held several senior leadership roles spanning Europe, Asia, Australia, and Latin America. These included International Head of Creative & Growth Ideas, Head of Brand Experience for Europe & Australia, Head of New Ventures Europe and Founding Principal of 301 INC Europe, as well as Business Unit Head for Häagen-Dazs and Snacking in Northern Europe.
Earlier in his career, Bose spent a decade at L’Oréal, working across India, the UK, Western Europe, and Paris in roles covering brand management, global marketing, and product strategy. He began his professional journey at L’Oréal South Asia as a Junior Brand Manager and Assistant Project Manager.
With deep experience across global consumer brands, digital transformation, and international marketing leadership, Bose is expected to play a key role in advancing Coach’s brand strategy across its EMEA and India markets.
