Nykaa has strengthened its marketing leadership with the appointment of Neha Bhise as Assistant Vice President (AVP), Marketing. Based in Mumbai, Bhise brings over 15 years of diverse marketing experience across FMCG, media, entertainment, retail, and consumer brands.
She joins Nykaa from Reliance Brands, where she spent more than three years as Lead – Marketing and PR, overseeing marketing strategy and communications for multiple brand portfolios. Prior to this, Bhise was associated with Disney Star for over seven years, leading marketing communications and content strategy for general entertainment channels and Hindi movie properties.
Earlier in her career, Bhise held roles across organisations such as NDTV, where she worked on brand solutions and IP monetisation, Radio Mirchi as an account manager, Parle Agro handling key accounts, and Trackon Telematics as a territory sales manager.
With a strong background spanning brand strategy, communications, and content-led marketing, Bhise’s appointment reflects Nykaa’s continued focus on building robust, integrated marketing capabilities to support its growing portfolio and consumer-first approach.
