In her new role, Sinha will drive cross-media strategy and digital growth, focusing on building stronger bridges between traditional media influence and digital innovation. She will play a pivotal role in helping brands connect more meaningfully with diverse audiences through integrated marketing and performance-driven storytelling.
With over 20 years of experience across digital media, brand strategy, and performance marketing, Bobby Sinha brings deep expertise in crafting ROI-driven campaigns and leveraging data and consumer insights to power business growth.
Before joining Amazon Music, Sinha spent over six years at Spotify India, where she most recently served as Digital Media Lead. At Spotify, she was responsible for leading integrated consumer strategies, performance marketing, and cross-platform initiatives that propelled user growth and retention.
Prior to Spotify, Sinha held senior leadership roles across leading media and telecom brands, including Wavemaker, Airtel, Mindshare, DuPont, and Madison World.
During her tenure at Wavemaker, she led the digital mandates for L’Oréal India and Vodafone Idea, where she played a key role in developing annual media strategies, managing digital innovation projects, and scaling marketing technology adoption.
As India’s digital entertainment ecosystem evolves rapidly, Amazon Music continues to strengthen its media and marketing leadership to enhance customer engagement.
