Aashish Midha has been appointed as the new Head of Marketing at Hero MotoCorp, marking his return to the company with a distinguished career spanning retail and digital innovation. In his new role, Aashish will lead marketing efforts across both domestic and global markets, focusing on integrated brand campaigns, digital transformation, and deeper consumer engagement.
Before rejoining Hero MotoCorp, Aashish served as CEO & Managing Director at ZALORA Group for the Philippines and Indonesia, where he drove strategic advancements in e-commerce and retail customer experiences. He also held prominent marketing roles at Myntra, where he played a key role in strengthening brand identity and customer loyalty through data-led marketing and innovation.
This is Aashish’s second tenure with Hero MotoCorp, having earlier contributed significantly during the brand’s transition from Hero Honda. Under his leadership, campaigns such as ‘Hero Salutes’ and ‘Lage Aisa Family Jaisa’ resonated deeply with consumers and elevated the brand’s emotional appeal.
