Abby Awards 2025 Breaks Records with Over 4,000 Entries at Goafest

The iconic Abby Awards 2025, hosted under the banner of The Advertising Club and powered by The One Show, has reached an unprecedented milestone this year with 4,000+ entries, making it the most participated edition in its 56-year legacy. Held at Goafest 2025 from May 21 to 23, the awards reaffirm their place as the gold standard of excellence in Indian advertising.

This year’s event brought together a diverse mix of participants from creative and media agencies, brand marketers, tech firms, production houses, broadcasters, and design studios, underscoring the growing influence and reach of the awards in the evolving marketing landscape.

Expanding Scale and Influence

As per media report and sources the breakdown of submissions reflects an even broader industry representation:

  • Creative entries: 2,678

  • Media entries: 1,398

  • Total shortlists: 1,756 (Creative: 1,265 | Media: 491)

  • Total participating organizations: 233 (Creative agencies: 164 | Media agencies: 69)

Notable agencies like McCann Worldgroup, DDB Mudra, VML, Lowe Lintas, BBH, Grey Group, and Talented returned to the fold, showcasing continued industry trust in the Abby platform.

Elevating Standards Through Global Partnerships

Now in the fourth year of its strategic partnership with The One Show, the Abby Awards continues to embrace a global outlook in judging and benchmarking. With a jury panel comprising 401 esteemed professionals, including 25 jury chairs and an inclusive 65:35 gender ratio, the evaluation process maintained a strong focus on fairness, transparency, and excellence.
