IAMAI Appoints M.N. Srinivasu as Chairman

The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) has announced the appointment of M.N. Srinivasu, Co-founder of Billdesk, as its new Chairman for the 2025–2027 term. He succeeds Harsh Jain, Co-founder and CEO of Dream Sports.

Joining him on the executive council, Harshil Mathur, CEO and Co-founder of Razorpay, has been named Vice Chairman, while Sameer Nigam, Founder and CEO of PhonePe, will take on the role of Treasurer. They take over from Rajesh Magow, Co-founder & Group CEO of MakeMyTrip, and Satyan Gajwani, Vice Chairman of Times Internet, respectively.

These three industry leaders will serve on IAMAI’s executive council alongside Dr. Subho Ray, the Association’s President, who remains an ex officio member.

The new 24-member governing council and executive council will officially begin their two-year term during the upcoming Annual General Meeting. IAMAI holds its governing council elections biennially, selecting leaders from across India’s digital, tech, and internet-driven sectors.
