Swiggy has elevated Sidharth Bhakoo to Chief Business Officer- Food Marketplace. Previously, he was serving as VP, National Business Head, at the company.
He announced his elevation through a LinkedIn post.
Bhakoo has been associated with Swiggy for six years and seven months. He joined the company in June 2018 as AVP, Regional Business Head- North, East and Central India.
Before that, he worked with Vodafone for nearly seven years, between August 2011 and June 2018. Here, he transitioned through various roles, including, Senior Manager- SME Sales, Vodafone Business Services; AGM- Regional Sales Manager, SMB, Vodafone Business Services; DGM- Vodafone Business Services and GM and Sales Head, Vodafone Business Services.
Previously, he worked with Royal Bank of Scotland as Program Manager- Business Banking- India, from August 2007 and as Senior Relationship Manager, from September 2009 to August 2011.
Previously, he was associated with GE Money as Product Manager- Consumer Durable and Two Wheeler, between May 2006 and August 2007.
