ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (ZEE), a leading media and entertainment powerhouse, has announced the appointment of Rohit Suri as the company’s new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective 12th May 2025. Based at ZEE’s corporate headquarters in Mumbai, Rohit will report directly to the company’s CEO, Punit Goenka.
In his new role, Rohit will be instrumental in strengthening ZEE’s Human Capital and organizational capabilities, aligning talent strategy with the company’s long-term business vision. His mandate includes driving innovation in HR policies, fostering a high-performance work culture, and building a collaborative environment that reflects ZEE’s core values.

Rohit Suri brings with him over 25 years of diverse leadership experience across consumer internet, technology, and media sectors. He has worked extensively in South Asia, APAC, and Europe, managing HR transformation, talent strategy, and organizational change. Prior to joining ZEE, he was the Head of Talent at Netflix India and has held leadership roles in globally renowned companies, focusing on building agile, data-driven, and innovation-led cultures.
