Independent full-service digital marketing agency The Digital Picnic has secured the digital agency of record (AOR) mandate for No. 1 Fertility, with the partnership taking effect immediately.
Under the new mandate, the agency will oversee No. 1 Fertility’s digital marketing strategy across Australia, managing social media strategy, creative content, video production, and ongoing digital performance optimisation.
The collaboration comes as No. 1 Fertility enters a new phase of expansion, strengthening its footprint in Melbourne while accelerating brand awareness and patient acquisition in Sydney following the launch of its new clinic.
As part of its responsibilities, The Digital Picnic will implement a social-first marketing strategy, develop content pillars that highlight the clinic’s comprehensive fertility services, strengthen brand trust, increase patient awareness, and support specialist doctor recruitment efforts.
Beyond social media, the agency will also evaluate and enhance No. 1 Fertility’s digital ecosystem, including its website, to support long-term business growth and deliver a more cohesive customer experience.
Nicole Coombs, Account Director at The Digital Picnic, said: “Healthcare decisions are deeply personal, and trust is everything. Our focus is on building a digital-first presence that reflects the exceptional care No. 1 Fertility provides every day, while helping more Australians discover the clinics through meaningful, educational and engaging content.
“We’re excited to reimagine No. 1 Fertility’s social media presence, create a more cohesive visual identity and develop a content ecosystem that supports both immediate growth and long-term brand recognition.”
Kylie Soltermann, Director of Clinical Operations at No. 1 Fertility, said: “We selected The Digital Picnic for its strategic social thinking, genuine investment in our growth ambitions, and strong cultural alignment.
“We are also impressed by agency founder Cherie Clonan’s committed approach to her clients, and as a female-led agency, we believe TDP is a natural fit for our business.”
Work on the partnership is already in progress, with the initial phase focused on refreshing the brand’s social media strategy, refining its content pillars, and establishing a consistent creative direction to strengthen recognition and engagement across Melbourne and Sydney.
