Stagwell Appoints Connie Chan as Chief Growth Officer, Asia Pacific

Stagwell has announced the appointment of Connie Chan as Chief Growth Officer, Asia Pacific, effective July 2025. Based in Singapore, Chan will lead the company’s regional growth strategy and operations, with a sharp focus on accelerating transformation, scaling integrated capabilities, and strengthening relationships across key local markets.

The appointment marks a significant step in Stagwell’s ongoing expansion across the Asia Pacific region. It follows the acquisition of ADK GLOBAL earlier this year, which expanded the firm’s APAC footprint to 2,500 employees across 34 offices.

Chan will report directly to Ryan Linder, EVP and Global Chief Marketing Officer of Stagwell.

Chan brings deep expertise in agency leadership and regional growth. She most recently served as CEO of OMD China, leading operations across Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou. Her previous roles include Executive Director of the Government & Public Sector Practice in Singapore and Chief Client Officer for APAC at MEC (now Wavemaker) under WPP.
