Srini Rao has been promoted to Managing Director of the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) at Lenovo India, expanding his leadership mandate within the organisation. In this role, he will lead ISG’s overall strategy, business growth, and execution in India, further reinforcing Lenovo’s footprint in infrastructure, data centre, and enterprise technology solutions.
Prior to this elevation, Srini served as Director – Presales, ISG, where he played a key role in strengthening solution design, customer engagement, and go-to-market effectiveness. With more than 20 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in presales leadership, systems engineering, and enterprise solutions.
His career spans senior roles at leading global technology firms including Dell Technologies and Hitachi Vantara, where he worked extensively on complex enterprise deployments and customer-centric solution building. Srini’s promotion underscores Lenovo’s confidence in his ability to scale high-performing teams, drive innovation, and deliver sustained business growth in the rapidly evolving enterprise technology landscape.
