Raj Nayak has stepped down as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of YAAP Digital Ltd., citing the demands of a full-time executive role and his decision to prioritise his personal commitments.
In his resignation letter to the company’s board, Nayak explained that he had reached the decision after careful consideration. He said he intends to focus on his own venture, health and other personal priorities rather than continue in a full-time operating position.
Explaining his decision, Nayak wrote:
“I have realised that the demands and intensity of a full-time operating role are more than I would like to take on at this stage. I would like to focus on my own venture, while giving greater attention to my health and personal priorities.
This has been a difficult decision, as I have enjoyed working with you and the team and remain positive about YAAP and its future.”
Nayak acknowledged that stepping down was a difficult choice, while expressing continued confidence in YAAP Digital and its future prospects.
