Noisy Beast has secured the marketing mandate for eeger, a specialist platform focused on tourism, hospitality and travel careers, following a competitive pitch. Managed by Accommodation Australia and supported by the Australian Government, eeger brings job opportunities, training resources and career pathways together through a national, industry-led platform.
The partnership will leverage Noisy Beast’s agency model, bringing together expertise in strategy, creative, digital and media to support eeger’s marketing requirements. The collaboration begins with a campaign titled ‘An Un-Automated Career’, designed to reshape perceptions of careers in the tourism, hospitality and travel sectors.
The campaign highlights the human capabilities that technology cannot replicate, including creativity, empathy, interpersonal connections and practical judgement. As part of the initiative, Noisy Beast has also created a new brand tagline for eeger: ‘People-Powered Careers’, reflecting the experiences, relationships and skills that define these professions.
The campaign is being rolled out across digital Out of Home displays, posters and signage throughout Australia, alongside eeger’s paid and organic social media channels. Out of Home placements began in September across key Australian markets, including locations around Sydney’s International Convention Centre during NoVacancy, targeting industry leaders and decision-makers.
‘An Un-Automated Career’ is the first campaign delivered by Noisy Beast for eeger and sets the stage for further marketing activity. The wider partnership will draw on Noisy Beast’s integrated capabilities, incorporating the expertise of iD Collective across creative, media, digital, public relations, influencer marketing and social services.
Emilie How, eeger General Manager, said “Noisy Beast has demonstrated a genuine understanding of what eeger is working to achieve in Tourism, Hospitality, and Travel and the opportunity we have to change perceptions of careers across our industry. The quality of their creative work has been exceptional, bringing fresh thinking and a compelling approach to how we showcase the opportunities available. We’re excited to see this work come to life nationally and build on what has already been a fantastic partnership.”
David Brown, Managing Director of Noisy Beast / iD Collective, said: “Clients increasingly need an agency partner that can bring the right specialists together at the right time to solve ever evolving business challenges, rather than having to manage multiple agencies independently. That was a key part of our approach with eeger, combining a skill set that’s needed for launch and skill set needed for the always-on. We’re really proud of the work the team and our model has delivered so far and excited to be building on this with eeger.”
