Noise Announces the Acquisition of SocialBoat, an AI-Powered Women’s Wellness Platform
Noise, India’s leading smartwatch, and connected lifestyle brand has announced the acquisition of SocialBoat, an AI-powered women’s wellness platform, for an undisclosed sum. This calculated action fits into Noise’s larger plan to promote smart ring innovation. Through the acquisition, Noise will be able to offer more tech products and develop its unique innovation capabilities for its flagship, high-end smart wearable, the Luna Ring.
Noise acquires SocialBoat, an AI-driven women’s wellness platform
Noise, leveraging SocialBoat’s deep expertise in AI and women’s health, aims to redefine consumers’ experience of its smart ring by strengthening health tracking analytics and will now be able to integrate AI to ensure the overall well-being of the women cohort, allowing them to achieve their full potential and ‘rise to brilliance’.
In the women’s health category, SocialBoat, an AI-focused start-up, had the highest rating among Indian apps. The platform provides individualized recommendations for nutrition, exercise, menstrual health, and general well-being through the use of AI-powered algorithms that analyze data from a variety of sources, including wearables.
Noise to become the first company to integrate AI in smart ring
As a result of the announcement, Noise becomes the first company in the world to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into a smart ring, following Noise’s recent launch of the AI feature in its Luna Ring. Swapnil Vats, the CEO and co-founder of SocialBoat, has joined Noise’s innovation team as part of the acquisition. By doing this, Noise is demonstrating its dedication to leading the way in smart ring innovation and positioning Luna Ring as the most effective wellness partner available to consumers.
