June 2025 – After five remarkable years at the forefront of Pixis’ global expansion, Neel Pandya has stepped down from his role as CEO – EMEA & APAC and Global Head of Partnerships.
Neel joined Pixis during its early stages, when the company was still defining its category in AI-led marketing infrastructure. What followed was a rapid journey of scaling across borders and building long-term enterprise value.
During his tenure:
Reflecting on his time at Pixis, Neel shared:
“I joined as a marketeer but soon became the bridge between CMOs and code—translating business dreams into product realities. Every innovation was designed with the marketeer in mind.”
What we built at Pixis was the result of real grit, ambition, and belief in what was possible. I was fortunate to work closely with 3 founders – Shubham—not just my boss, but a true partner-in-crime. Relentless, sharp, and yes, he constantly pushed us to think bigger and move faster. We debated hard, aligned harder, and built something lasting.
Hari quietly kept the engine running, while Vrushali brought her product genius to life behind the scenes.
Now, it’s time to pause, reflect, and recharge—with deep gratitude for the journey and for the incredible people who helped shape it.”
Prior to joining Pixis, Neel had held senior roles at Vodafone, L’Oréal, and Unilever-where he made lasting contributions to media innovation, data-led marketing, and global digital brand strategy. Recognized as a ‘Top Global Inspirational Leader 2023’ and one of ‘India’s Top 40 under 40 Disruptive Minds’, Neel’s imprint across marketing and AI is widely acknowledged.
For now, Neel steps back to pause, reflect, and recharge – closing this chapter with gratitude for the journey and those who built it with him.
