Mahindra Group has announced the appointment of Shuchi Suri as Executive Vice President – Mahindra Experiences, effective May 14, 2026. She will also join the company’s senior management team.
In her new role, Suri will head the Mahindra Experiences vertical, focusing on creating high-quality, differentiated experiences that contribute to business growth. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Mahindra Adventure team within the auto division as well as the experiences portfolio at Mahindra Holidays, while collaborating closely with leadership across both businesses. She will report to Anish Shah.
Suri joins Mahindra Group after a long tenure at Unilever, where she spent more than 22 years in roles spanning India, the Asia-Pacific region, and global markets, including the UK. Most recently, she served as Global Vice President for Homecare, managing a multi-billion-euro portfolio across more than 60 markets, with a focus on driving growth and portfolio transformation.
Her expertise includes brand strategy, consumer segmentation, premium product innovation, lifecycle management, and digital-first marketing. She has worked across key markets such as India, the UK, and Singapore.
Suri holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and is a triple gold medallist from the School of Planning and Architecture.
