Law Partners, Australia’s largest specialist personal injury firm, has appointed independent agency Today the Brave as its full-service creative and media partner following a competitive pitch.
Under the new mandate, Today the Brave will oversee brand strategy, creative development, media planning and media buying as Law Partners enters its next phase of brand growth and evolution.
For more than 20 years, Law Partners has established itself as a recognised personal injury brand in Australia, supporting thousands of Australians following injury or illness. The new partnership will focus on strengthening the firm’s market position while building a deeper emotional connection with people navigating difficult and challenging circumstances.
Jane Merrick, Chief Growth Officer at Law Partners, said: “We were looking for more than an agency partner. We wanted a team that understood our ambition, shared our values and could help us connect more meaningfully with the people we serve.
“Today the Brave brought together strategic thinking, creative excellence and media expertise in a way that felt genuinely integrated. Working collaboratively with them gave us confidence they were the right partner to help shape the future of the Law Partners brand.”
The appointment comes as competition within Australia’s personal injury sector continues to grow, with leading firms increasing their focus on brand building, media investment and customer acquisition.
As part of the partnership, Law Partners and Today the Brave will develop a refreshed brand platform aimed at differentiating the firm and reinforcing its people-first approach.
Jaimes Leggett, Managing Partner at Today the Brave, said: “Law Partners has built an extraordinary reputation over more than 20 years, combining legal expertise with genuine care for its clients. That’s a powerful foundation.
“The opportunity now is to elevate that story through a distinctive brand platform that creates emotional connection, builds preference and reinforces the trust Law Partners has earned. When strategy, creative and media work together from the outset, brands show up more consistently, move faster and create greater impact. That’s exactly what we’re setting out to do together.”
Work on the partnership is already underway, with the first phase of the brand refresh and new communications platform expected to launch later in 2026.
