Kulfi Collective has announced the appointment of Aditya Mehendale as its new Executive Creative Director, further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its culture-driven creative and content capabilities.
The appointment comes at a significant stage of growth for Kulfi Collective, which is increasingly focused on helping brands connect with audiences through storytelling, content, community-building, experiences, and technology-enabled creativity.
Mehendale brings over ten years of experience across both independent and network agencies. Before joining Kulfi Collective, he served as Executive Creative Director at Leo Burnett. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Schbang, where he advanced to the role of National Creative Head and contributed significantly to the agency’s growth and creative development.
Throughout his career, he has worked on campaigns and creative initiatives for leading brands such as Amazon Prime Video, H&M, Jeep, Fevicol, Fevikwik, Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Raw Pressery.
In his new position, Mehendale will lead the creative vision for Kulfi Collective and play a key role in shaping the company’s evolving approach to creativity, blending cultural insights, storytelling, technology, and community engagement.
Commenting on the appointment, Akshat Gupt, Chief Creative Officer and Co-founder of Kulfi Collective, said Mehendale’s experience in building creative teams and delivering impactful campaigns made him the right fit for the company’s next phase of growth.
“Aditya joins us at a deeply important moment in Kulfi’s journey. As we rethink how creativity is built, scaled and experienced in an AI-native world, we needed a leader who understands both creative ambition and organisational transformation,“ Gupt said.
Speaking about his new role, Mehendale highlighted the company’s unique perspective on creativity as a key reason for joining the organisation.
“What really stood out to me about Kulfi was that it doesn’t define itself by the medium. In 2026, the lines between mainline, digital, entertainment and tech are all blurring anyway. Kulfi’s focus is simply on creating work that genuinely leaves a mark on culture,” he said.
The appointment aligns with Kulfi Collective’s ongoing expansion across brand campaigns, creator-led content, immersive experiences, and AI-powered creative solutions. The company currently works with prominent brands including Netflix, Spotify, Meta, LEGO, Nothing, and Red Bull.
