Justdial has announced the appointment of former Flipkart executive Dinkar Ayilavarapu as Chief Executive Officer (Designate) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 10, 2026. He will officially assume the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel from August 1, 2026, following the completion of V.S.S. Mani’s tenure as Managing Director and CEO on July 31, 2026.
The appointment was approved by Justdial’s Board of Directors during its meeting held on July 10.
Ayilavarapu joins the company with more than 20 years of experience across digital commerce, retail and technology. Prior to this appointment, he headed Flipkart Wholesale, where he led the omnichannel B2B business serving over one million customers across India. During his tenure at Flipkart, he also served as Group Head of Strategy.
Earlier in his career, Ayilavarapu spent 15 years at Bain & Company, advising global telecom and technology clients on large-scale business transformation, mergers and turnaround initiatives.
In a separate leadership announcement, the Board also approved the appointment of Dinesh Taluja as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 11, 2026. Before taking on the CFO role, Taluja stepped down from his position as a Non-Executive Director of the company.
