HP Appoints Publicis Media as Global Media Agency Partner

Published on: June 15, 2026

Hewlett-Packard (HP) has named Publicis Media as its new global media agency of record, concluding a nearly 20-year relationship with Omnicom Media Group, according to reports.

The decision follows a competitive agency review conducted earlier this year, with Publicis Media and Omnicom Media Group competing for the business. The global media account is estimated to be valued at approximately $250 million.

HP’s association with Omnicom dates back to 2009, when PHD secured the company’s global media responsibilities. The partnership expanded in 2017 with the addition of digital media duties, and PHD successfully retained the account during a subsequent review in 2024.

The latest appointment marks a significant shift in HP’s global media strategy, with Publicis Media now set to oversee the technology giant’s media planning and buying activities worldwide.
