Havas has announced the acquisition of Toronto-based Enverta Digital—marking a key expansion of its North American CX operations. Known for its strengths in CRM and digital transformation, Enverta brings to the table a highly specialized team with deep expertise in platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, and Braze. With operations in both Canada and Poland, the company has earned a strong reputation since its founding in 2021, supporting global brands with scalable, tech-forward CX solutions.
The acquisition strengthens Havas’ Converged strategy by placing CX at the center of its integrated marketing offerings. Enverta’s collaborative, client-embedded approach has already proven successful in past engagements with Havas, making this a natural progression for both sides.

Enverta will now operate under Havas CX Canada, positioning it as a Center of Excellence within Havas’ broader North American network. Given that a significant portion of Havas CX Canada’s clients are based in the U.S., the integration of Enverta’s CRM capabilities is expected to open new business pipelines and elevate bundled service delivery across marketing and technology.
