Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care has named Gaurav Bhartia as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2025. He steps into the role following the resignation of Mrinalini Srinivasan, who is moving on to explore new professional avenues beyond the organization.
Currently heading sales finance for P&G India, Bhartia brings with him over a decade of experience within the company. His journey with P&G began in 2014 after graduating from IIM Bangalore, following a successful internship. A B.Tech. graduate from NIT Trichy, Bhartia has held pivotal roles across various categories and markets, contributing to growth, profitability, and operational resilience amid changing market dynamics.
Throughout his tenure, Bhartia has been instrumental in shaping strategic finance functions that support sustainable business growth and stronger structural margins, while also steering teams through complex economic environments.
Mrinalini Srinivasan, who began her career with P&G in 2007, has held multiple leadership roles and made a significant impact across the business in her time with the company.
