Former WPP Asia-Pacific executives Saket Sinha and Sidhartha Patnaik have unveiled Kyntraa, a new strategic consultancy positioned as India’s first Growth Intelligence Partner. The venture is designed to help businesses uncover new growth opportunities while equipping independent marketing agencies with strategic and AI-enabled capabilities.
Founded on the belief that businesses often struggle to translate marketing investments into sustained growth, Kyntraa aims to bridge the gap between data, technology, agency expertise and business outcomes. The company believes that while brands have access to multiple specialist partners, AI tools and consumer insights, many still lack an integrated framework to convert these resources into long-term growth.
Speaking about the launch, Saket Sinha, Co-Founder, Kyntraa, said, “After spending nearly three decades working with global and Indian brands across Asia-Pacific, I realised that organisations rarely suffer from a shortage of agencies, ideas or technology. They suffer from a shortage of growth intelligence. Too often, strategies are built on theories, execution gets fragmented across multiple partners, and valuable learning disappears after every campaign. Kyntraa is created to change that. Our objective is to help businesses identify where their next phase of growth truly lies before they commit significant investments.”
Kyntraa will collaborate with clients’ existing agencies, consultants and internal teams through its Growth Orchestrator model. The approach focuses on identifying business opportunities, developing growth strategies, coordinating execution across partners and continuously refining performance through the company’s proprietary Mantra • Yantra • Tantra (MYT) framework.
The model is intended to align every stakeholder under a unified growth roadmap while providing access to specialised expertise whenever capability gaps arise.
Commenting on the company’s vision, Sidhartha Patnaik, Co-Founder, Kyntraa, said, “Growth doesn’t slow because businesses lack ambition. It slows because complexity overtakes clarity. Our role is to simplify that complexity—bringing together intelligence, technology and execution into one operating system that helps businesses make better decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.”
Beyond working with brands, Kyntraa also plans to partner with independent marketing agencies by providing senior strategic consulting, AI-powered diagnostics and business transformation support. Under this model, agencies will continue to retain ownership of client relationships and execution responsibilities, while benefiting from Kyntraa’s strategic expertise through category-exclusive and confidential partnerships.
The company’s service portfolio includes Growth Diagnostics, Consumer and Market Intelligence, Growth Strategy, Brand Positioning, Go-to-Market Planning, Partner Orchestration, Business Outcome Measurement and Intelligence-led Growth Compounding, combining leadership experience with AI-driven market intelligence.
Kyntraa has already completed its first engagement with Vinessence, a millet-based food company. The assignment involved applying the firm’s intelligence-led MYT methodology to identify growth opportunities, refine business strategy and create a structured roadmap for sustainable expansion.
To mark its launch, Kyntraa is also introducing its Source of Growth Diagnostic, an assessment designed to help businesses identify untapped growth opportunities before committing additional investments in marketing or expansion initiatives.
